Summer has arrived in most cities in Europe and that also means summer parties, which are the best kind of parties if you ask us! Being able to be outside with friends and family until the sun goes down while talking about everything and nothing. A picnic in the park or a rooftop party if you are a lucky potato who has a rooftop or just know someone who does and the most important besides everyone having a good time is having the perfect drink that not only taste amazing but also looks amazing. We made a small collection of some cute spring/summer drinks for you to try out and if you do tag us with the hashtag #drunkwithlespastels and let us know if it was a success.

1 splash seltzer water
Fill glass with crushed ice. Combine whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into glass. Top with a splash of seltzer water and garnish with peach slices (and flowers if you're feeling fancy)!

Pink Gin And Tonics With Fig Syrup
For the coctail
60ml of pink gin
Fig syrup
Tonic water
Fresh figs
Thyme
For the syrup
2 fresh figs cut into quarters
1/4 cup of sugar (brown sugar)
1 cup of water
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce to a simmer until liquid halves. Allow to cool before use.
Mix 60ml of pink gin with the fig syrup and top with tonic water. Garnish with fresh figs and thyme to make it look super fancy.

Coconut Rosewater Blackberry Smash
For the cocktail
60ml gin
30ml cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
20ml fresh squeezed/strained lime juice
¼ tsp rosewater
blackberries
Muddle one blackberry in the bottom of a rocks glass, then top with crushed ice.
Shake all remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for 5 seconds only.
Pour over the crushed ice, give it a light stir, then top with more crushed ice and blackberries. Drink with a staw in a matching color so you don't ruin the look!
And for all of you who just want to get drunk and does not care about your drink matching your outfit or nail polish, just grab a glass, fill it with ice cubes and poor some vodka over it. It is called a vodka on the rocks and it makes you looks sophisticated.
